Proceed to the glass house opposite the temple to purchase the necessary offerings. These must include:

• Incense
• Candles
• Flower garlands
• Cigars
• Betel nuts

Note: Indispensable to the revered Er Ge Feng, cigars and betel nuts were the hallmarks of his unique tastes.

First, face the Heaven Public Incense Burner — the spiritual medium connecting humans and gods — pay respects to it, then insert five incense sticks.

Approach the large incense burner at the temple entrance, insert your incense sticks, and optionally recite the wealth-attracting verses inscribed on the adjacent stone tablet.

Prior to entering the inner hall, halt at the entrance way. Place one incense stick in each of the two censers positioned on both sides, and conduct your obeisance in the specified sequence:

• Left side (Dragon side, representing divine auspiciousness)
• Right side (Tiger side, representing protective might)

1. Enter the inner hall and approach the main statue. Clearly whisper your name, wish, and how you will give thanks if it is granted as below:
• Your Identity: Full name, date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY), and residential address.
• Your Wish: The specific request or desire. Provide clear, concrete details.
• Your Promise: The method and intended timeframe for fulfilling your vow of gratitude upon the wish's realization.
2. Perform the following actions simultaneously:
• Touch the statue's "Wealth-Attracting Hand" while making your wish.
• Hang a prepared flower garland on the statue.
• Light and offer two cigars to the statue.

Strike the drum and bell on both sides three times each, signaling to the deities that the worship ceremony is concluded.

Finally, add oil to the incense burner at the entrance, completing the entire worship process.

If your wish comes true, return to fulfill your promise.

• Dress Code: When entering the temple, clothing must cover the shoulders and knees. Avoid wearing revealing attire.
• Entry and Exit Directions: Follow the principle of "Enter from the left, exit from the right". Enter via the Dragon Side (left) and exit via the Tiger Side (right).
• Incense Placement Etiquette: Use your left hand to place the incense sticks. Traditionally, the left hand is revered as the hand that draws in positive energy.
• Vow Fulfillment: If your wish is granted, remember to return to the temple to fulfill your vow.
