Shipping & Delivery
All orders from the U.S. and other overseas locations are shipped via _____ Express or ______. Delivery typically takes about _____ to _____ business days after customs clearance. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can track the package at any time. If any exceptions occur due to specific regions or customs regulations, we will notify you proactively, and you may cancel the order for a full refund without any fulfillment obligations.
Import Taxes & Fees
Please note that all import taxes and fees charged by customs at the destination are borne by the recipient. The prices listed for the products do not include taxes. Since taxes are determined directly by the destination country, we cannot provide an exact amount in advance. It is recommended to check with your local customs before placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders received after 8:00 AM Beijing Standard Time (GMT+8) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Return and Exchange Process
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact customer service by email within _____ working days after receiving the product and obtain confirmation before sending the item back. Items sent back without prior email confirmation may not be accepted. Please provide your order number and bracelet model in the email so that we can handle your request efficiently.
Bracelet Size Adjustment
If you need to adjust the bracelet size, please contact us via WhatsApp (+8619157656202) and provide your name, address, and order number. You can send the bracelet to our designated address for adjustment, and we will arrange to return it once completed.
Please note: refunds cannot be processed due to personal sizing errors, so make sure to check your selected size carefully before placing your order.
If you choose to return the item for resizing via courier, a $5 service fee will be charged.
International Customer Size Adjustment Instructions
If you need to adjust the bracelet size and wish to send it back to us for handling, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping cost. Please contact us via WhatsApp (+8619157656202) to get the shipping address before sending. Similarly, due to errors in size selection, refunds are not available, so please confirm carefully before purchasing.
International courier service will charge a $35 service fee.
Refunds and returns will be credited in store points
Conditions for Accepting Returns and Exchanges
We will process returns and exchanges when all of the following conditions are met:
1. The product is kept in its original condition and packaging, with price tags intact, and purchase proof is attached;
2. The product has not undergone any size adjustments, including adding or removing beads;
3. The product has not been customized, modified, or repaired by us or any third party;
4. The product has not been maintained or repaired by anyone other than Maitri.
Size Customization Notes
Our sizes are customized based on the wrist size you provide when placing the order, so please do not provide the external size of the bracelet. If the bracelet you purchase does not fit, we offer a free adjustment service. Adjustments need to be made at our studio. If you are unable to come in person, you can send it via courier, but the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by you.
_____-Day Exchange Service: Within ____ days of receipt, if you wish to exchange for another style, you can send the item to our office (shipping costs at your own expense) for an exchange. This service does not support refunds.
Final Terms & Conditions
Maitri reserves the right to refuse any requests that we consider not in compliance with the return and exchange policy or if the returned items are in poor condition. Items that do not meet the criteria will not be accepted for return nor exchanged for store credits. We strictly do not provide cash refunds. According to this policy, all orders are final sale, and refunds are only issued as store credits, which can be used for future purchases.
Promotion Item Notes
Special promotion items purchased during specific promotional events are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of quality defects or damage. This rule applies to all clearance or special promotion items. Discounts must be applied using a promo code at the time of order; orders without the promo code cannot claim a price difference refund. Refunds are only granted if the returned items have manufacturer defects or if exchanges cannot be made due to insufficient stock, discontinued items, or other similar reasons. The management of this website retains the final authority to determine whether an item qualifies for a refund.
