Thank you for your purchase. Please note that all products are custom-made. To protect your rights, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Logistics and Delivery
• All orders will be delivered by our partnered quality logistics carriers. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your package at any time.
• The prices displayed for products do not include taxes. Any import duties, value-added taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by the destination customs are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to differing customs regulations in each country, we cannot calculate or pay these fees in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs before placing an order.
2. Customization and Shipping
• Our products are shipped based on the accurate information you provide when placing an order (such as wrist size). Please ensure that the information provided is correct, as we cannot handle issues of incorrect sizing caused by wrong information from the customer.
• All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, order cancellations or refusals of goods are not accepted. If a package is returned due to reasons such as refusal to sign, no one available to receive, or unpaid customs duties, the related shipping costs and losses will be borne by the customer, and no refund will be processed.
3. Return and Refund Policy
• Since all products are customized, once an order is placed, produced, and shipped, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for any reason.
5. Policy Amendments and Right of Interpretation
We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time. The revised policy will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. We retain the final right of interpretation of this policy.
